Broker prelicensing Course - 85 Hours
Prepares you to take the North Carolina Real Estate Exam. Exceptional math support for students. Power Point presentation of materials, CD study disc and take home tests that will prepare you to pass the NCREC state exam.

Continuing Education
Licensees are required to take eight (8) hours of Continuing Education every year. Four (4) hours of an Elective and four (4) hours of the Mandatory Update. All licensees must take the Mandatory Update course every year. Broker-In-Charge Annual Reveiw course, BICAR, is required for all BICs or for those to remain "BIC Eligible".

- Broker Postlicensing Relationship & Responsibilities Course #301:
- 30 -hour course for those who passed their North Carolina State Licensing Exam after October 1, 2005.
- Certificate upon completion.
- Final Exam for course required.
- 4 weeks of classes with no state exam required.
- $200 plus book (same book used for all 3 30-hour Postlicensing Courses)
- The three Postlicensing Courses may be taken in any order
- Broker Postlicensing Contracts and Closings Course #302:
- 30 -hour course for those who passed their North Carolina State Licensing Exam after October 1, 2005.
- Certificate upon completion.
- Final Exam for course required.
- 4 weeks of classes with no state exam required.
- $200 plus book (same book used for all 3 30-hour Postlicensing Courses)
- The three Postlicensing Courses may be taken in any order
- Broker Postlicensing Selected Topics Course #303:
- 30 -hour course for those who passed their North Carolina State Licensing Exam after October 1, 2005.
- Certificate upon completion.
- Final Exam for course required.
- 4 weeks of classes with no state exam required.
- $200 plus book (same book used for all 3 30-hour Postlicensing Courses
- The three Postlicensing Courses may be taken in any order
- Continuing Education:
- The Outer Banks School of Real Estate is an official Sponsor for Continuing Education. As required by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, licensees must take eight (8) hours per year in order to maintain active status of their real estate licenses.
