Registration is easy and may be done in advance or on the first day of class! The Outer Banks School of Real Estate maintains an open door policy in all courses for students’ convenience. Unregistered students are welcome to complete their registration on the first day of class even if no prior notice of attendance has been given to the instructor.

Register in 3 Easy Steps

Step 1: Contract
Complete the
OBXSoRE Enrollment Contract located to the right for either Licensing or CE courses. You may submit the contract via email or bring it with you on the first day of class. The instructor will also have copies available on the first day of class.

Step 2: Pay

Outer Banks School of Real Estate course fees must be paid in full on or before the first day of class. We accept cash, personal checks, Master Card and Visa.

Step 3: Email
Please send an email to Instructor, Betsy Whicraft, indicating which course you plan on attending.

The instructor requests that prospective students fill out the email form below so that she is able to answer any questions, provide additional information and have an accurate head-count to provide appropriate materials for a course before the first day of class.
However, students may also attend the first class with no prior notice.

"I have enjoyed taking classes through Outer Banks School of Real Estate. Betsy's use of present day activities and slapstick humor make the classes enjoyable and very educational."
- Vincent, OBXSoRE Student
